Join master basket maker Gail Wright for an introduction to the art of sweetgrass baskets. Rooted in the Gullah Geechee cultural tradition of the South Carolina Lowcountry, this hands-on class invites participants to learn the history, materials, and foundational techniques behind this iconic craft. All materials are included in the workshop fee. Scissors and nail bones will be provided for use during the class and collected afterward.
